Upon request, customer’s reserve the right to have their personal information removed from any mailing or messaging list.

JimBuddy’s Rec Shop shall use third party services in the form of a website and ecommerce web purchasing platform. Customers utilizing such services are subject to the Terms of Service associated with the use of the online host platform. Customers who open accounts associated with the utilization of ecommerce system agree to have their personal information stored on that platform and acknowledge JimBuddy’s Rec Shop shall not be liable for any loss or damages associated with personal information on a third-party platform.
